Personal Assistant – London, Mayfair (Live-out)Salary: £100,000 doeHours: Full-time, 8:00am–5:30pm (flexibility required)

Seeking a polished, highly discreet Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to UHNW principals. This role is suited to someone who demonstrates strong longevity in previous roles, has worked successfully in fast-paced environments for UHNW individuals, and is ready to commit to a full‑time, permanent position. The role requires exceptional organisation, proactive problem‑solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex business and personal calendars
  • Prioritise and respond to emails and requests
  • Anticipate needs to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Arrange personal appointments and oversee glam/resource vendors
  • Maintain inventories and contact lists
  • Prepare notes, memos, reports, and correspondence
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel; prepare itineraries
  • Organise mail, files, and Dropbox‑based systems
  • Support planning and execution of events and social engagements
  • Liaise with household staff and external vendors
  • Greet VIP guests and attend meetings as needed (agenda prep, minutes)
  • Run errands and provide weekly reports
  • Provide coverage for other assistants and assist on ad‑hoc projects

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a PA/EA to C‑suite or UHNW individuals
  • Strong experience in private household/UHNW environments
  • Demonstrated longevity in previous roles, ideally within demanding UHNW or private household settings
  • Highly detail‑oriented, organised, discreet, and reliable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multitask effectively and work independently
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proven experience working in exceptionally fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments supporting UHNW principalsWillingness and readiness to commit to a full‑time, permanent role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
