Corporate Office Assistant

Hammersmith, London – Office Based (5 days)
£28-30k + Excellent Benefits (6% Pension, Private Healthcare, 25 Days Holiday + BH)

The role:
- A varied, fast‑paced Corporate Office Assistant position supporting senior commercial leaders and the wider office team.
- Provide top‑level administrative, diary, and travel support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Act as the front of house, greeting visitors, coordinating logistics, and maintaining a professional, welcoming office environment.
- Liaise with suppliers, IT, and facilities to support office projects, onboarding, and team events.
- Play a key role in planning and delivering company social events and internal communications.
- Highly organised, proactive, and positive – thrives in a busy, people‑focused environment.
- Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or PA support (internship, temp, or full‑time).
- Confident communicator with strong attention to detail and a can‑do mindset.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and supporting IT or systems queries.
- Professional, well‑presented, and reliable – someone who takes pride in being the “go‑to” person for the team.
