Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and energetic Support Worker in Crawley to provide exceptional care for our complex care client who lives in their own home.
Our client is a younger adult who needs support with PEG, medication, and seizure management. Your role as a Support Worker would include, but not be limited to, assisting with the client’s daily or nighttime routine, supporting any clinical intervention required throughout the shift, providing personal care, administering medication, and regularly accessing the community during a day shift.

Shift Requirements
- Days: 8:00am to 8:00pm
- Waking Nights: 8:00pm to 8:00am
- 2:1 shifts
Qualifications
Employment is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and receipt of professional employment references covering the last 3 years.
