Customer Service & Reservations Agent – Heathrow

YOUR ROLE AT QDRIVE
- Create premium rental experiences by maximising service and upsell opportunities.
- Advise international and VIP clients in person, by phone, and via partner concierge teams.
- Prepare contracts and manage payments.
- Oversee a luxury fleet of vehicles, advising on upgrades and extras.
- Support with vehicle handovers when required.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Sales Talent: Confident in upselling and building client trust.
- Experience: Background in rent a car or travel.
- Communication: Professional, polished, and multilingual skills a plus.
- Flexibility: Able to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Driving Licence: Full UK licence.
