- Location: Epsom, England (Hybrid: remote and on-site)
- Salary: £24,531 per annum
- Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week
- Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Interview Date: Friday, 31 October 2025
- Start Date: Monday, 24 November 2025
Responsibilities
- Handle customer contact via phone, email, live chat, and social media
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer journey
- Deliver excellent service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prioritise tasks and manage workload across varied shifts
- Adapt confidently to hybrid working (remote and on-site)
