Responsibilities
- As a Customer Care Assistant, you’ll deal with customers and make sure everything runs in the customer areas.
- Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, organise special events, look after customers’ specific needs, and help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Keep high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
- Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
Required qualities / Qualifications
- Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; you’ll work well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
- The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively.
