Job Title: Executive Assistant About Us Roof Window Specialists is an award-winning, fast-growing company transforming homes across Northern Ireland and Dublin. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. This is a key role at the heart of the businessensuring the MDs time, priorities, and operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment. The Role You will provide high-level support to the Managing Director, managing schedules, coordinating activities, and acting as a central point of communication. Your role will enable the MD to focus on strategic growth and business development. Key Responsibilities Manage the MDs diary, meetings, and daily priorities Prepare documents, reports, and meeting materials Act as key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Coordinate travel, events, and key business activities Track tasks, deadlines, and support project coordination Maintain CRM (HubSpot) and support basic reporting and follow-ups Assist with admin, recruitment support, and light marketing tasks What Youll Need Essential 3+ years experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role Experience supporting senior leadership Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills High level of professionalism and confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Right to work in the UK and full driving licence Desirable Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) Business-related qualification (or working towards) Demonstrates a strong interest in emerging technologies, with foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence and a proactive willingness to develop skills and apply AI tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
