Based in East Yorkshire, you’ll take ownership of financial reporting, controls, and business partnering across a complex and evolving operation. Leading a small team, you’ll drive high-quality insights, ensure robust governance, and help shape the future performance of the division.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead monthly management accounts, reporting packs, and financial analysis
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and KPI-led performance tracking
- Oversee financial controls, audits, and statutory compliance
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
- Manage capital expenditure processes and cash forecasting
- Develop and mentor a team of finance professionals

Key Requirements:

- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Finance/Accountancy
- Strong technical and reporting background with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially minded with the confidence to challenge and influence
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on continuous improvement
