We’renlooking for an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Manager to support thenday-to-day running of the nursery, lead and inspire the team, and help ensurenthe highest standards of care, learning, and compliance. You’ll work closelynwith the Nursery Manager to create a positive environment for children,nfamilies, and staff.
This is anfull-time role, 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

KeynResponsibilities:
· Ensure the safety and wellbeing ofnevery child, staff, parent, and visitor at all times.· Understand and ensure that thenrequirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met throughout thennursery.· Assist in managing the acceptance andnadministration of medication and ensure care plans are thorough and up to datenfor children or staff with health conditions.· Ensure that all children receivenstimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources that arenappropriate to their age and stage of development.· Promote respect and credibility fornthis position through effective communication skills, impartiality, andnconsistency.· Inspire staff team with creativenideas and new challenges with aim to achieve outstanding practice.· Undertake any other duties to ensurenthe smooth running of the nursery and safety and wellbeing of children, staff,nand families.

Requirements:
· Full and relevant Level 3 innChildcare qualification – Essential· Over 1 years’ experience of workingnin Early Years – Essential· Sound knowledge of the statutorynframework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements – Essential· Over 1 years’ experience of workingnin a management position – Desirable.· Level 5 qualification in Childcarenand/or Management and Leadership – Desirable· Experience of successfully passing annOfsted inspection to good or outstanding – Desirable.
