Our client is recruiting Healthcare Assistants to work within NHS settings, supporting patients with compassion, dignity, and care.

Responsibilities

• Washing and dressing patients: Ensuring patients’ personal hygiene and comfort.
• Monitoring vital signs: Keeping track of patients’ vital signs and reporting any changes.
• Providing emotional support: Offering support and companionship to patients during their treatment.
• Facilitating communication: Assisting patients with communication with healthcare professionals and other staff.
• Maintaining a clean environment: Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of patient areas.
• Documenting care: Keeping accurate records of patient care and any changes in their condition.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams: Working alongside nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year paid care NHS (UK) hospital experience.
• Ability to assist with patient handling and mobility.
• Clear and compassionate communication skills.
• Reliability and teamwork skills.
• You must live in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
