Job Description:
SNSG is looking for Level 2 Spectator Safety Officers to join our frontline team supporting major sporting and entertainment events across the Midlands. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safety, security, and smooth flow of spectators at venues ranging from stadiums to arenas.
This is an ideal opportunity for those with a strong sense of responsibility, a calm presence in crowds, and a commitment to public safety.
Requirements:
Level 2 NVQ in Spectator Safety
Valid DS SIA Licence (Door Supervisor)
Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage spectator movement to ensure safety
Respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner
Provide clear guidance and reassurance to event attendees
Liaise with event control and emergency services when required
