Data Entry Administrator – Short Term Contract

Data Entry Administrator – Short Term Contract

The location of the role is Paddington, London (hybrid working).

The duration of the contract is 4 weeks.

The pay rate on offer is £15 per hour.

The client is a multinational high-street retailer.

Key Accountabilities of the Role

  • Support the timely creation and processing of purchase orders for International operations
  • Accurately review, input, and maintain data across key internal systems
  • Load and transfer purchase order information between multiple business platforms
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies where required
  • Monitor order progress and flag any delays or issues that could impact timelines
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and system updates
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with business processes

Key Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a data entry, administration, or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Basic data entry and data manipulation skills (e.g. working with spreadsheets and internal systems)
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and transferring data between them
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work
  • Ability to work to deadlines and support time-sensitive processes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (or similar tools)
