£65,000 – £78,000 + 10% Bonus
A leading Legal 100 law firm with a strong national presence is looking to recruit a talented Corporate Associate (3–6 PQE) to join its highly regarded Birmingham team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, complex M&A transactions within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
You will be advising a broad client base on a range of transactional matters, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Corporate finance transactions
- Joint ventures
- Private equity transactions
- Drafting key corporate documents, including articles of association, shareholders’ agreements, and SPAs
You will work closely with experienced Partners and be given exposure to high-quality work from day one.

3–6 PQE Corporate Solicitor
Strong experience in M&A and transactional work
Commercially minded with excellent drafting skills
