Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join a dynamic Marketing Team. This role is responsible for creating engaging visual content across multiple digital touchpoints, ensuring the brand’s visual identity remains consistent and aligned with the overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is keen to work directly with marketers to deliver great designs and help establish new processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling graphic elements, layouts, and illustrations for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain design templates and style guides to ensure consistency.
- Manage the end-to-end production process of design projects, ensuring timely delivery of all visual assets.
- Safeguard the brand’s visual identity across all marketing campaigns and materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and design agencies, participating in brainstorming sessions and communicating design concepts.
- Stay abreast of current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the retail and e-commerce sectors.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising context. Experience working in retail or online-focused businesses is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and the Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Familiarity with design for digital platforms including social media, email, and web is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI design tools is preferred.
