Senior Compliance Manager

My client is a leading tax, accountancy and business advisory firm with an award-winning reputation and a collaborative, people-focused culture. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join their London-based team.

The Role

This is a senior position responsible for supporting the Head of Compliance in overseeing the organisation’s compliance framework and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and interpreting relevant regulatory and legislative changes
• Developing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures and control frameworks
• Leading compliance risk assessments and maintaining the risk register
• Overseeing compliance monitoring programmes and internal reviews
• Producing clear reports for senior leadership and governance committees
• Delivering compliance training and promoting a strong culture of ethics and integrity
• Acting as a key point of contact for regulators, auditors and internal stakeholders
• Mentoring members of the compliance team

About You

• Extensive experience in compliance, regulatory or risk roles
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, particularly Anti‑Money Laundering regulations
• Experience managing compliance programmes or frameworks
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work strategically while maintaining strong attention to detail
