A leading main contractor is seeking a project/package Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on a large cut and carve scheme based in Central London. Responsibilities
- Manage procurement and subcontractor packages
- Handle valuations, variations, and progress payments
- Support project reporting and cost forecasting
- Attend site and progress meetings with the wider team
- Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project
Requirements
- Established QS with several years of experience
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Ambition to grow within the business
