Quantity Surveyor – Leading Main Contractor – Covent Garden

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + package (dependent on experience)

A leading main contractor is seeking a project/package Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on a large cut and carve scheme based in Central London. Role Overview

  • Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + package (dependent on experience)
  • Start: ASAP, notice period understood

Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement and subcontractor packages
  • Handle valuations, variations, and progress payments
  • Support project reporting and cost forecasting
  • Attend site and progress meetings with the wider team
  • Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project

Requirements

  • Established QS with several years of experience
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach
  • Ambition to grow within the business
