Overview
You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager and your role could be to help on the tills, advise our customers, or work in our back shop. You will also be provided with training and opportunities as described below.
Responsibilities
- Help our customers and put them at ease; listen to find out more about them, answer questions and give great advice on our products, recommending items and offering a basket as needed.
- Get to know our in-store offers and schemes and promote them.
- Help our stores run smoothly by ensuring the right products are displayed on the shop floor, providing a great service on our tills, and helping with stock in the stock rooms.
- Work with other members of the team to provide a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
- You will be provided with award winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
- Joining us as a Customer Advisor is a great opportunity, whether it’s your first job and you’re looking to gain experience or you have retail experience and are seeking a new challenge.

- Excel in a varied environment, working at pace.

- Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help customers find the best products for them.
Desirable skills or experience (not essential)
- Experience providing customer care and delivering great customer service, though this is not essential.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns throughout the week.
Need to know / Additional details
- The hourly rate for this role is £13.02 and up to £15.10 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.
