Dealer Customer Group Manager page is loaded## Dealer Customer Group Managerlocations: Derrimuttime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R9623SUMMARY OF THE ROLEManage and lead the assigned Customer Group(s) in a given country by utilizing Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to plan, execute and monitor sales objectives and collection to achieve sales budgets, improve customer relationships, profitability, and increased market share.**Key Responsibilities****Key Account Management*** Manage and develop relationships with national and regional dealer customers across Australia.* Develop strategic account plans in conjunction with the National Sales Manager that are aligned with Jotun Australia’s Protective & Marine business objectives.* Identify opportunities to grow market share through dealer partnerships.* Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and promotional initiatives with key dealer partners.* Ensure consistent execution of national agreements across dealer locations.**Business Development*** Identify opportunities within existing dealer networks to increase sales and market penetration.* Identify and action new dealer network expansion for both Protective and Marine markets.* Work closely with dealer owners and management teams to implement growth initiatives.* Support dealers with business planning, forecasting, and sales development activities.**Stakeholder Collaboration*** Collaborate with internal teams including technical service, marketing, supply chain, and finance to support dealer performance and customer satisfaction.* Coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure alignment with dealer strategies and consistent customer engagement.**Performance Monitoring*** Track and analyse dealer sales performance and market trends.* Utilise existing reporting frameworks to monitor key account performance against targets.* Implement corrective actions as required to achieve agreed objectives.**Market Intelligence*** Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments within the Protective & Marine coatings sector.* Provide insights to leadership to support strategic planning.**Customer Engagement*** Conduct regular visits to dealer locations to maintain strong relationships and ensure alignment with Jotun standards and expectations.* Provide training and product support where required to enhance dealer capability.**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)*** Achievement of annual sales and margin targets within the dealer customer group.* Growth of dealer network revenue and market share, also dealer share of total sales.* Successful implementation of national dealer agreements.* Customer satisfaction and relationship strength with key dealer partners.* Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.* Implementation and usage of Jotun internal dealer management tools.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER## **What We Offer*** Competitive salary* Car allowance* Annual leave loading* Company paid income protection insurance* Employee Assistance Program (EAP)* Inclusive, diverse, and supportive team culture* Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support – we’ll set you up for success with the tools and resources you need## ## **What We’re Looking For*** **Great communication skills** and a passion for connecting with people.* Experience in coatings, construction, or industrial sectors.* Experience in Key Account Management or Multi-Site Account Management is ideal.* Experience working with dealer networks, distribution channels, or trade partners is highly desirable.* Demonstrated ability to manage complex commercial relationships.* Strong commercial acumen.* Full working rights in Australia (Citizen or Permanent Resident).* A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50 days per year interstate and international as required.**POSITION INFORMATION****Company:**Jotun Australia Pty.
