Factory Operations Manager

You will be responsible for:

• All operational matters on site with a focus on driving performance and efficiency’s
• People development through leadership and coaching
• KPI adherence, value added development of work practices and the ability to solve novel problems.
• Implementation of continuous improvement to drive world class standards
• Pro-activity in developing and sharing best practice.

Your experience:

• Operational leadership experience gained in an Food manufacturing environment
• Experience of implementing continuous improvement with an aptitude for using data to identify and solve issues. Knowledge of a range of lean tools.
• Experience of managing budgets and P&L.
• Passion for operations complimented by a broader understanding and appreciation of business and able to contribute to the senior leadership team.
• Able to balance the hands on and strategic elements of the role.
• Show a clear vision for getting the best out of people and processe
