AV Project Manager – Custom Install

We are looking for an experienced residential AV Project Manager with at least 5 years of successful delivery of bespoke high‑end AV integration projects. The role involves overseeing multiple AV projects in London and the home counties for a leading high‑end systems integrator. Candidates must be UK residents, legally able to work in the UK, and show a clearly defined skill set in their CV.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time and within budget
• Understand and manage profit & loss (P&L)
• Run multiple AV projects simultaneously
• Use project management IT packages effectively
• Act as client‑facing liaison with end users, interior designers and M&E contractors
• Apply technical knowledge of Crestron, Control4, Lutron, home IT networking and audio systems
• Manage and motivate a project team
• Plan projects and set realistic timescales
• Account for cost variations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bespoke high‑end AV integration projects
• Experience in high‑end custom install marketplace (residential, home automation, smart‑home integration)
• UK residency and legal right to work in the UK
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to produce detailed CV demonstrating the above skills
