BCL Legal is delighted to be assisting an award winning law firm in their recruitment of a skilled Real Estate Associate to join a highly regarded, award-winning law firm with a strong national presence and global reach. This is a chance to become part of a market-leading Real Estate team, working on complex, high-value matters alongside a recognised leader in the field.
The Opportunity
Working directly with a senior Partner, you will advise a diverse and prestigious client base-including UK and international investors, pension funds, financial institutions, and developers-on a broad range of real estate transactions.
Your caseload will include
- Investment and development transactions
- Acquisition and disposal of commercial property assets
- Asset management and property finance work
- Supporting on complex, multi-jurisdictional real estate matters
- Playing a key role in the development of long-standing client relationships
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be an experienced real estate solicitor who enjoys delivering excellent client service and is looking to take on a more strategic and client-facing role.
Key requirements
- A qualified solicitor in England & Wales (ideally 3+ PQE)
- Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters
- Comfortable working independently on files, while contributing to team initiatives
- Commercial acumen and strong communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring junior team members
