Description

• Advising on the acquisition and disposal of investment property
• Managing landlord and tenant matters across various sectors
• Acting for national developers, investors, and occupiers
• Handling property management and asset management work
• Drafting and negotiating a range of real estate documents
• Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Profile

• A solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in real estate
• Experienced in commercial property transactions
• Confident working with high-profile or corporate clients
• Strong in drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Motivated to develop within an international firm
• Ties to Leeds

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £67,000 to £72,000 per annum.
