Up to £75,000 + Car Allowance + Travel Allowance + Package
An established and highly respected engineering-led contractor is seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager to join its expanding Data Centre division in the West London / Thames Valley corridor. With one of the strongest pipelines in the sector, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on major mission‑critical projects for leading global clients.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in delivering complex Data Centre projects, managing mechanical packages on‑site within a fast‑paced, technically demanding environment.
This role sits within a long‑term programme of works, offering excellent stability, career progression, and exposure to large‑scale infrastructure builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical installation works on‑site
- Manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery
- Ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and commercial teams
- Maintain quality standards in line with design and specifications
- Support commissioning and project handover
Requirements
- Experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager or similar
- Strong background in MEP / building services
- Experience in Data Centres or healthcare environments preferred
- Solid understanding of mechanical installations and site coordination
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site activities
- Trade or engineering background beneficial
