Business Analyst – Business change focus
London market insurance – Brokerage
Full time – £55,000 – £65,000 (Benefits include a great pension scheme, bonus, etc)
1-3 Days a week on site (City of London)
I am looking for a Business change focused Business analyst to join a London market broking client of ours to sit within a large scale operations team to support the full project lifecycle of multiple programmes within the business change space.
You’ll be documenting “as-is” and “to-be” processes and requirements for change. You’ll also define the scope of changes and support the project team through initial feasibility studies, requirements definition to testing and implementation as required.
Experience:
- Business analysis or Project management experience
- Experience working within the insurance sector. Preferably broking OR within the London market.
- Strong requirements elicitation / gathering experience
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to grow their business analysis skills within a large scale Insurance brokerage. Their promotion structure is also strong.
