Role Overview:
- Location: London (on-site with 1 day WFH post-probation, plus UK-wide travel)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take full ownership of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring assets are maintained to a high standard
- Act as the main point of contact for landlord and tenant matters, including lease compliance and statutory requirements
- Manage tenant relationships, applications, and queries while identifying opportunities to enhance asset value
- Support leasing activity, including viewings and ensuring assets are presented in line with business objectives
- Work closely with Asset Managers to report on performance and contribute to asset strategies
- Collaborate with finance teams to oversee rent collection, invoicing, and debt recovery strategies
- Lead service charge budgeting, reconciliation, and cost control in line with RICS standards
- Review supplier contracts to drive efficiency and cost savings
- Coordinate with Facilities Management to ensure full health & safety and statutory compliance
- Oversee insurance processes including renewals and claims
- Drive ESG initiatives and ensure accurate utility data across properties
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Main Skills Needed:
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial property management (retail exposure beneficial)
- Strong understanding of leases, service charges, and landlord/tenant obligations
- Experience managing multi-site portfolios across office, retail, or mixed-use assets
- Financial awareness, including budgeting, reporting, and cost management
- Knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and statutory requirements
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with property management systems is advantageous
