Job Title: Change Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000, plus Bonus & Benefits
The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive Change Manager to support a leading law firm with the delivery of key transformation initiatives across the organisation.
You will play a pivotal role in driving and embedding change across people, process and technology.
Key Responsibilities
-Design and deliver change management strategies to support transformation programmes
-Conduct change impact assessments and define success measures to track adoption and benefits for the wider business
-Build and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels
-Develop and deliver clear communications and facilitate workshops and ideation sessions
-Support the development and rollout of new solutions from concept through to implementation
-Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth adoption of change initiatives
-Promote innovation and continuous improvement using structured methodologies
About You
-Proven experience delivering change within professional services or preferably a law firm
-Strong understanding of change management frameworks and approaches
-Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
-Confident communicator with experience facilitating workshops
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
-Experience with digital solutions or transformation programmes is advantageous
