Key Responsibilities of this Customer Support Advisor (Part-Time) role :
- Make decisions within role scope, escalating when needed, and clearly explain reasoning.
- Understand and follow key business processes and metrics.
- Identify and raise risks early to prevent escalation.
- Deliver excellent customer service, managing queries and complaints through to resolution.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external agencies to meet timelines and improve customer experience.
- Record, monitor, and escalate serious issues impacting the business.
- Collaborate with the Technical Team on quality complaints.
- Build strong working relationships and adapt communication styles as needed.
Key Requirements of this Customer Support Advisor (Part-Time) role:
- Ideally having one year of experience in customer service in a professional office environment
- Good level of competence in English and Mathematics
- Proficient in using customer service software
- Desirable- knowledge of Zendesk
- Confidently communicate with customers, demonstrating empathy and building rapport
- Ability to assess customer issues and take appropriate action (resolve, escalate, inform)
- Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
