What will be expected on a daily basis?
- Networking through various streams available (Site Visits, Client Entertainment, Social Media, and Organised Networking Events).
- Generation of Candidates and Vacancies through daily telephone and email activity.
- Development of current client and candidate base.
- Proactively establish and manage new clients.
- Reach achievable and time scaled targets set by Senior Management. (We also expect and encourage the consultant to have their own targets).
- Advertise clear and specific real live vacancies in order to attract the top quality candidates.
- Management and development of current database.

- Previous experience as a recruitment consultant essential.
