Graduate Management Trainee – (London)

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers face-to-face in residential areas and venues, providing tailored cost-saving solutions

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through B2C consulting

• Manage and follow up on client leads to maximise results

• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold brand standards

• Support recruitment, training, and development within the team

• Take ownership of personal and team targets, contributing to company growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline considered)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence in face-to-face interactions and sales presentations

• Ability to think quickly, adapt, and solve problems

• Ambition to progress into leadership or consultancy roles
