The role

You’ll take ownership of key ingredient and packaging categories, working across the business to improve cost, performance, and supplier relationships.

It’s a mix of strategy and hands-on delivery.

• Developing and delivering category strategies
• Driving cost reduction and value improvement projects
• Managing and negotiating with key suppliers
• Analysing market trends and reacting accordingly
• Supporting sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives
• Working closely with internal teams to influence decisions

What they’re looking for

• Strong buying/procurement experience within Food/Beverage
• Comfortable managing complex categories and supplier relationships
• Solid understanding of ingredients and/or packaging markets
• MCIPS (or working towards it) is a plus
