Futures are excited to be working with a global, multi-billion £ FMCG business with a portfolio full of well-known brands we all use everyday! This business has achieved impressive growth over recent years due to successful NPD projects and acquisitions.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll play a key role within the UK & EU Marketing and Innovation team, supporting the development and execution of brand and category strategies.

Exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys working collaboratively in a cross-functional organisation and bringing products to life from idea through to launch and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap and manage products from ideation through launch and lifecycle optimisation
  • Lead NPD, packaging innovation, and portfolio management
  • Develop and deliver go-to-market strategies and product launches
  • Manage product P&L, pricing, and margin performance
  • Use consumer insights, category data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand and product execution across all channels

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years experience in Brand or Product Marketing within fmcg
  • Strong commercial acumen, including P&L ownership, pricing, and margin control
  • Able to translate brand and category strategies into compelling, consumer-focused product propositions
  • Strong collaborative working skills, with the ability to work cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-energy environment
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Valid UK driving licence and able to travel within the UK and EU
