Interim Risk and Control Matrix Transformation Director – (Day Rate)

We’re currently working alongside a leading Manufacturing business in their search for an Interim RCAM Enterprise Transformation Director. The role will run for an initial 6 month period and will be carried out on a hybrid working basis from the London office.

Our client is looking for this person to drive delivery of the RCAM enterprise transformation, this includes RCAM functional transformation, programme governance, enterprise operating model & BAU integration, and capability and culture enablement.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a strong understanding of enterprise risk management, internal control frameworks, assurance and resilience
• Significant experience operating in complex, global organisations
• Experience within regulatory-driven change
• Experience transitioning operating models from design to BAU
• Experience with assurance operating models and control testing approaches
• Be available at short notice
• Exceptional stakeholder management
