Position Overview
Support Worker – Lytham St Annes – £12.60 per hour.
Typical shifts: Early (08:00–15:00), Late (15:00–22:00), Wake Nights (22:00–08:00), Long Day (10:00–17:00).

Responsibilities
As a support worker you will:
- Help people gain more independence in daily life within a dynamic team
- Teach new life skills, assist with personal care, encourage community access, socialise and organise activities
- Work collaboratively within a supportive living environment in Lytham St Annes
- Support individuals with diverse needs, including mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and trauma
- Follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and engage in reflective practice
Qualifications & Experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Resilient, flexible, and composed approach
- Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
- Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, and trauma
- Female background preferred (as stated)
