Driver Hire Leeds West is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a leading metals supplier in LS11. This is a long‑term opportunity with clear progression and training (including FLT/Forklift skills) for the right people.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 09:30‑18:30 (flexibility required for future late/night shifts)
The Role
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Preparing goods for dispatch
- General warehouse duties in a busy environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven reliability and good timekeeping
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop (FLT training available)
- Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy
- Warehouse experience preferred

Pay & Benefits
- £12.71ph (plus holiday accrual)
- £14.24ph (including holiday pay)
- £26,436 salary when permanent
- Annual bonus up to £7,000 (performance‑based)
