CARE ASSISTANT

Care Assistant – Night Shift

Location: Battersea, SW11, United Kingdom. Full‑time hours, including alternate weekend working.

Compensation: £15.03 per hour plus company benefits.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide care to residential and dementia residents.
• Support residents in promoting choice, individuality and independence.
• Work as part of a close‑knit team, supporting each other.

Qualifications

• Physically and medically able to carry out duties.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification, or willingness to attend.
• Team player, self‑motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
