Job Description
- Advise clients on intellectual property disputes, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
- Prepare and manage litigation strategies for intellectual property cases.
- Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure comprehensive legal support.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on intellectual property protection and enforcement.
