Cover Supervisor: Liverpool

Cover Supervisors Wanted Across Liverpool.

We are looking for confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Liverpool. This is the perfect role for those who can lead a classroom, manage student behaviour, and ensure learning continues in the absence of a regular teacher.

Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is preferred.

Start Date: After Easter.

Role Type: We offer both long‑term placements and flexible day‑to‑day supply.

Must Haves

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or readiness for one).
• Confidence in managing a group of students.

Duties

• Lead the classroom and ensure pre‑set work is completed to a high standard.
• Maintain a safe and productive learning environment through effective behaviour management.
• Respond to student queries and provide guidance on assigned tasks.
• Collect completed work and provide detailed handover notes for the regular teacher.
• Ensure all school safeguarding and health and safety policies are strictly followed.
