Commis Chef at Manchester Airport Terminal 1
Package Description
- Rate of Pay: £13.90 per hour
- Shifts: 2 early (4:45 am‑14:00 pm), 2 late (14:00 pm‑22:30 pm), 2 off (4 on 2 off)
- Must provide 5 years UK working history and address history
Responsibilities
- Dress in the supplied uniform garments at all times when on duty.
- Use only products and equipment supplied and specifically for the job.
- Complete and sign off H&S & F&S documentation (e.g., cleaning schedules, temperature records) daily once tasks are finished.
- Comply with all legal and company procedures relating to food safety, health and safety and personal hygiene.
- Sign in and out when on shift to ensure hours worked are paid correctly.
- Follow the shift’s rota.
- Attend training sessions and staff/client meetings as requested.
- Assist management and undertake all reasonable requests.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous chef experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic food hygiene
- Good customer service skills
- Highly motivated
- Airport lounge experience is useful
- Flexibility required to accommodate shift patterns
