We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our clients team in Leeds.
This role involves a mix of warehouse duties and occasional work as a driver’s mate, assisting delivery drivers with customer deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Loading and unloading deliveries
Sorting and organising stock in the warehouse
Performing regular stock checks and inventory counts
Operating basic warehouse equipment
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all health and safety policies and procedures
Assisting delivery drivers with loading and unloading goods at customer locations
Safely handling items weighing up to 30kg between two people
Providing excellent customer service during deliveries
Ensuring all goods are handled and transported safely
Requirements
Previous warehouse or manual handling experience preferred but not essential
Ability to work in a physically active role
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to work flexible shifts
