The ideal candidate
- Previous experience in a similar role required –restaurant/bar/reception
- Have excellent customer service and communicationskills
- Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standardof service is deliveredconsistently
- Knowledge of Simphony software is advantageous
- Ability to effectively interact with management,team members and guests in a professional manner
- Be a team player as well as an individualworker
- Must have transport
- To provide attentive service during the meal andwatch for special requests.
- To assist in the general cleaning of your workingareas.
- To take every opportunity to upsell – desserts,starters, drinks etc.
- To attend work consistently well groomed, inuniform
- Be willing to attend training and gain anunderstanding of the menu to be able to offer guidance and recommendationsto guests
