Food and Beverage Manager

This is a great opportunity for an experienced food and beverage professional to lead the catering operations at Bolsover Castle, delivering c.£300,000 income p.a. We are looking for a natural leader with significant experience of delivering an F&B operation and managing a diverse team to perform successfully.

You will oversee all aspects of the F&B Operations including food safety, cost controls, compliance and menu planning. You will line manage a team of Food & Beverage Assistants with support from the Food & Beverage Supervisor and will conduct PDRs, produce rotas and perform other relevant team management duties.
