Business Systems Analyst

IMMEDIATE CONTRACT | Business Systems Analyst (D365 CE) | 6 MONTHS | £500-550 | Outside IR35 | HYBRID (THAMES VALLEY/LONDON)

I’m working on a large-scale Sales / CRM transformation programme and need an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE experience to support requirements, solution design, and UAT.

This is a high-visibility, multi-phase programme working with senior stakeholders and third-party delivery partners.

Key requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst on enterprise CRM programmes
• Hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE experience (essential)
• Strong background across the full sales lifecycle (Opportunity-Order-Customer)
• Confident producing BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and test scripts
• Experience working with system integrators / third-party vendors
• Comfortable supporting UAT and business‑led testing

Nice to have

• CPQ or pricing tools
• Data migration or CRM integrations
