Project Manager (Hotels & Leisure)

Family feel independent, experienced project and cost management consultancy providing first class services to the construction and property industry is now in the market for a Project Manager with a particular bias towards hotel and leisure.
In just over five years, this consultancy has built up a strong body of work across the full spectrum of property sectors and is expecting to deliver over 1 billion of client projects in 2019/2020.
Due to a promotion, a new PM is now needed for the London office with immediate effect. Please see below for a summary of the role and person specification:
Summary of Experience
- Have at least 10 years as a Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor working on Hotel, Leisure or Education projects.
- Have worked with a Main Contractor.
- Excellent understanding of cost management.
- Have managed high value projects.
- Have experience of Pre Contract Planning (The hiring manager would want to know how you managed the planning process and various phases.

- Have an amazing personality – You will dealing with a variety of people both internal and external ergo personality is key to this role.
- Have an amazing thirst for success and to be challenged.
- Immerse yourself into every project involved in.
- Embrace full ownership of every aspect of the role.

A packaged salary of up to £80’000 (dependent on experience) is on offer along with their very healthy Bonus structure.

- Profit & Fee income brought in
- Individual personal performance e.g bringing in a new client or repeat business.
- There is absolutely NO CAP – in recent times PM’s have been known to make a 100%
