We are looking for a Program Manager to drive the global rollout of our integrated products and services—primarily Workday and SAP related—ensuring consistent best‑practice delivery across teams. The role manages complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups, including technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall project management for complex, multi‑workstream engagements, ensuring successful delivery of all client commitments.
  • Set up and manage comprehensive project plans and timelines across multiple workstreams.
  • Direct and motivate the project team, including consultants, analysts and support staff.
  • Define and agree on team roles and responsibilities.
  • Ensure effective use of resources and initiate corrective actions when needed.
  • Maintain accountability for project profitability, budget tracking and invoice preparation.
  • Act as the central coordinator for all client communications and deliverables, including with senior client stakeholders up to C‑Suite.
  • Manage client expectations and project scope, addressing scope creep proactively.
  • Liaise with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and project integrity.
  • Identify and communicate upsell opportunities to the commercial or lead consultant.
  • Schedule and facilitate internal and external meetings, balancing consensus‑building with decision‑making.
  • Produce and maintain consistent project documentation, including status reports and communication cascades.
  • Document and share meeting outcomes, actions and follow‑up items.
  • Identify, manage and communicate project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed.
  • Define and implement a quality strategy in collaboration with the project team.
  • Provide quality assurance oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare project closure documentation and conduct debriefs.
  • Document and communicate lessons learned and follow‑on actions.
  • Support internal teams with pilot execution and operational scoping.
  • Contribute to the sales process as needed.

Professional Experience / Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in project management with an understanding of business and effective management practices. Project Management Certification a plus.
  • Experience with complex project implementation of SaaS/HCM platforms, preferably Workday or SAP.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools such as Smartsheets.
  • High detail orientation with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross‑functional and remote teams, at all levels of the organization and with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and follow‑through skills; able to prioritize and manage many simultaneous tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to influence people and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks that meet quality standards.
  • Willingness to adhere to established processes while seeking opportunities to improve or develop processes, structures and systems.
  • Business skills and aptitudes necessary to accurately manage project budget, monitor expenses and ensure accurate invoicing and collections.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
