Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Salesforce Project Manager who will manage end-to-end Salesforce projects, including implementations, enhancements, data migrations, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, managing sprints, releases, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, product managers, developers, and third-party vendors.
  • Manage projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies, ensuring alignment with the Salesforce roadmap.
  • Oversee data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and loading into Salesforce.
  • Design and manage automation within Salesforce (e.g., Flows, assignment rules, auto-launch processes) to streamline business processes.
  • Troubleshoot data or integration issues in collaboration with technical teams and third-party systems.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance principles, including data quality, deduplication, and secure handling of sensitive information.
  • Plan, organise, and track project deliverables, reporting progress and risks to senior stakeholders.
  • Run demos, engage with business teams, and provide a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Salesforce or CRM-focused projects, including both packaged and bespoke solutions.
  • Strong technical understanding of the Salesforce platform, data structures, security, and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).
  • Salesforce Administrator 1 certification and/or equivalent experience; additional Salesforce certifications a plus.
  • Experience with middleware technologies, ideally MuleSoft.
  • Hands‑on experience in data migration, integration, and automation within Salesforce.
  • Proven Project Management experience with PM certification; experience managing Scrum teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile delivery in complex environments.
