Senior Associate – Intellectual Property (Disputes) — London
We’re working with a well‑known firm that has a busy and growing IP practice and is now looking for an experienced IP litigator to join at Senior Associate level. The work is varied, fast‑moving and very much centred around brand‑driven clients — particularly in sports, fashion and consumer industries.
You’ll be involved in a wide mix of disputes from day one, including trade marks and passing off, copyright, design rights and some patent matters too. The partners want someone who isn’t afraid to get stuck in, take ownership of files and become a trusted point of contact for clients.
This is a team with a high level of collaboration in a supportive culture. You’ll have plenty of day‑to‑day partner contact, exposure to great clients and encouragement to grow your network and profile in the market.
Requirements
- Around 5+ years’ PQE in contentious IP
- Commercially minded solicitor
- Confident running matters and happy to mentor junior solicitors
- Good communicator who builds strong relationships
- Enthusiastic about developing business
- A client following is desired but not essential
