The project

To support NHP in applying risk management processes and techniques with the aim of increasing awareness, ownership and management of risks (threats and opportunities) leading to improved business performance and supporting the successful achievement of project objectives and benefits realisation.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Supporting project leads to develop risk management plans aligned with NHP processes.
  • Facilitating risk identification and applying consistent scoring and quantification.
  • Integrating risk analysis across directorates and supporting mitigation planning.
  • Maintaining accurate risk data, reporting and assurance.
  • Engaging supply chain and stakeholders on risk communication.
  • Coaching teams to strengthen risk capability and culture.
  • Driving continuous improvement and sharing lessons learned.

You’ll Need To Have

  • Subject matter expert with strong theoretical grounding in risk management.
  • 10+ years’ experience in major, complex programme environments.
  • Extensive health‑sector risk management expertise.
  • Skilled in qualitative, semi‑quantitative and quantitative risk techniques, including Monte Carlo analysis.
