In this role, you will provide tax compliance and advisory services, mentor and manage junior team members, assist Directors/Partners with client work and group management, and contribute to special assignments and advisory projects.
Key Responsibilities
Client Work
- Oversee a portfolio that includes entrepreneurial and larger corporate businesses.
- Carry out corporate tax provisioning, compliance, and advisory work.
- Participate in transactional and due diligence work.
- Ensure excellent client service and maintain regular client team contact.
Staff Management and Development
- Collaborate closely with Partners, demonstrating strong management skills.
- Conduct performance appraisals and monitor staff performance.
- Deliver on-the-job training for junior staff.
- Resolve staff queries and provide guidance.
