Responsibilities
Your caseload will include:
- Investment and acquisition work
- Development projects
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Real estate finance
- General commercial property advisory work
Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in business development, building client relationships, and driving the continued growth of the department.
About You
- Legal Director ready to step up, or an existing Partner seeking a new platform
- Strong track record in commercial property and real estate transactions
- Well‑connected with a network or client following in Manchester or the North West (or the ambition to build one)
- Confident leader with the ability to mentor, develop and inspire others
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
