Job Title: HWN Residential Property Associate – Leading City law firm
Salary: £95,000-100,000
PQE Level: 3‑4 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Our longstanding client, a leading City law firm, is looking to recruit an ambitious HNW Residential Property Associate into their market leading team.
The focus is on acquisitions, disposals and financing of high‑profile Central London homes and estates outside London as well as new builds.
The client base is diverse including private banks, family offices, UHNWIs, and investors including domestic clients and those from the Middle East and Far East.
Deal size is typically up to £20m and the successful candidate will be an E&W qualified solicitor who will have 3‑4PQE working within a highly ranked HNW residential property team.
